About Chris Raven Starting his Career as a fashion and celebrity photographer in London, Chris soon developed itchy feet and travelled around the world on a series of overland road trips in 2003. Best known for his witty overland travel writing and colour photography, Chris is also the author of three published travel comedies and the Editing Director of theitchmag.com. He is currently preparing for a 5 week road trip to the Balkan peninsula focusing on Serbia, Macedonia and Albania. Chris is well known for his extreme road trips including a two month journey from the UK to Vladivostok in a £300 Ford Sierra. After working as an online news editor and journalist, he left to freelance as a travel writer and photographer. His career was lanched when he drove from the UK to Vladivostok with his brother Chris, becoming one of the first Europeans to traverse the new Amur Highway by car across Russia and Siberia.
